The mission of the ADR Inclusion Network is to increase the recruitment, promotion, appointment, selection, and retention of diverse neutrals. Diversity is an inclusive concept, encompassing gender, race, color, ethnic origin, national origin, religion, sexual identity, gender identity and expression, age, disability, and being a member of historically under-represented communities. While we work to further diversity and inclusion for all under-represented groups in the ADR community, a central objective of the ADR Inclusion Network is to increase the recruitment, appointment, selection, and retention of people of color.
