Training Opportunities

The first step in becoming a mediator or arbitrator is to obtain training. Aspiring neutrals should research programs to determine which will best meet their needs.

Local state bar associations may offer additional trainings not referenced below. Please check your local association for relevant in-state trainings.

Attendance at any training program does not guarantee admission to ADR rosters. While not an exhaustive list, the ADR Inclusion Network provides the following compilation of training resources for aspiring neutrals. The ADR Inclusion Network does not recommend any particular training providers.
